Each member country has an equal role in the organization&#8217;s governance, policies and strategic direction, in addition to enjoying a number of privileges and services relating to our scientific expertise, products and resources. These include disease identification, capacity building and information products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The supreme governing board of CABI is the Review Conference of Member Countries, which reviews CABI&#8217;s work programme every two to three years and determines its broad policies and strategies. An Executive Council, with a representative from each Member Country, monitor CABI&#8217;s affairs and the implementation of the Review Conference resolutions through e-mail voting and also by meeting, usually, once a year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Membership<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Membership of CABI gives national governments a leadership role in directing and influencing the global development agenda through the work of the organization and its international network of partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cabi.org\/about-cabi\/membership\/\"><strong>Find out more about CABI membership<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Governance<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>CABI is governed by an&nbsp;independent <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cabi.org\/about-cabi\/how-we-are-managed\/board-members\/\"><strong>Board<\/strong><\/a>, an Executive Council and our Member Countries through a Review Conference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/PDFs\/AboutCABI\/CABI-Agreement-2016.pdf\"><strong>CABI agreement<\/strong><\/a><br>Please click to view or download the agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Review conference<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The supreme governing body of CABI is the Review Conference of Member Countries, which reviews CABI&#8217;s work programme every two to three years and determines its broad policies and strategies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Executive Council<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Representatives from each Member Country meet annually to monitor CABI&#8217;s affairs and implement review conference resolutions.
